A boutique pilates studio specializing in personalized, private and semi-private training in mat, on pilates apparatus, and accessories.
Who we are:
Owned and operated by Teren Ellison, who has been practicing and teaching pilates since 1998, she and all instructors are fully certified in both pilates mat and apparatus. All BOP pilates teachers are devoted to helping you learn to help yourself to a healthier, stronger, more resilient body through a better understanding of your body's mechanics, habits and movement patterns.
